Part of the Park House brand, the Parkhouse Nishi-Shinjuku Tower 60 is a new landmark tower residence in Nishi-Shinjuku. It is still being constructed, and completion is scheduled for the end of July 2017, with apartments ready for delivery at the end of November 2017. It is the first iconic high-rise residential tower in the area, standing at 208.97m tall, which will make it one of the tallest residential building in Tokyo.

The development will house a total of 954 units in its 60-storey tall building. The apartments will range from 33 to 156 sq. meters in size, in 1LDK to 3LDK layouts. There are extensive on-site facilities such as a beautiful landscaped garden, upmarket lounge space, Sky lounge, state-of-the-art gym, party room, guest rooms, and 24-hour management with concierge services.
